Answer:	I’m on a well, nasty water, heavy scale, rust, and it stunk. I purchased this filter unit and it works wonderful. I also added an additional filter of the same size in front of this unit. This way I can change out a $20 prefilter, instead of these three which are a lot more money. One thing I noticed after I installed this was bacterial iron. Almost looks like red algae. I was changing filters nonstop. I had my well chlorinated, that issue went away,

The first stage of filtration is your Sediment Filter. Question:	Is this scale sensitive to foot position or angle like regular bathroom scales
Answer:	Not sure if its been dropped but probably has. My daughter brings it to basketball games and gets a lot of use. Its thin but don't think it would break.
