Answer:	I have had results with my hair and nails. I have always had fragile, peeling nails but this has made them strong and I grow nails quickly. My hair has been very happy since using this product. It's the longest I've been able to grow it for 20 years. I'm 52 and I keep my hair blonde. No breakage, rarely need any ends trimmed and it's strong & thicker. It takes consistent daily use and at least a month + to see a difference but I won't be without this product.

Answer:	It does taste horrible for sure! Fishy! But I drink 1 lime in a a 1/4 cup of water first thing in the morning so I put the drops in there. I have been putting the 10 I’m supposed to drink daily together in the morning (not sure if that’s ok but if I don’t do it like that I always forget the second dose). However, I haven’t noticed any good effect on my skin, nails or hair as supposed to. HAS ANYONE have any good effects? Like does this really work? Is it worthy? Should I just get collagen instead? Or Biotin?
