Answer:	No they do not, furthermore they carry no Google warranty and it's like pulling teeth to get the seller to contact you about any issues. Mine said direct from Google, it was not. Also US Warranty, it had none, died after almost 4 months too. After back and forth with Google for, where the phone originally came from, they said to merry go f myself so I took it to ubreakfix, an authorized Google repair shop. They wanted 380 to fix the faulty motherboard and another 200 to fix the screen they broke getting to the mainboard. I took a pic of me handing the phone to the shop employee and he didn't want to argue in front of his other customers. they replaced the screen at no cost so I can enjoy the faulty motherboards boot loop. Phone was never dropped and always in OtterBox defender case. I guess I was lucky. Check swappa.com. it's where I bought my replacement, also you can have the seller transfer the phone to your Gmail so the warranty can transfer too, as my new, used pixel 2 xl is warranted until May of next year now.

Answer:	I think they are very close. I bought the champagne gold (pic is in my review) and it looks very good with my gold iPad.

Answer:	I love this case. And it's priced right. Not familiar with your iPad's demensions, but if it's a 2017 or 2018 iPad it should fit. It will be well protected. Has a convenient pouch for charger cord and earbuds.
