Answer:	I doubt it. It is not long enough to go up and over a shoulder. It stops just below my husband’s arm pit. If the dressing is bulky it is difficult to get your hand all the way to the bottom

Answer:	Large is perfect. My arm is small around, but long. Just use a sox over the cast first so that it does not tear the rubber mitt when you pull it on. It is tight to pull on and needs two people.

Answer:	Ask to have it replaced. Mine is great and has no problems after I had it replaced.

Answer:	It could, depending on your need and the length of your arm. My wrist was casted to mid-forearm, so I used it below my elbow.

Answer:	Hi- I don't think so. I bought it because of wrist surgery and it worked well enough for that. I don't know if it would go high enough over the shoulder to cover the rotator area. There might be a model that is more specifically for that area. Good luck!
