If you don't code in your new battery the car will do a rapid charge to the new battery, because it still thinks it's the bad battery. this will cause the battery to die twice as fast. If the battery has a 5yr warranty and 36 month replacement. You'll be replacing it around that 2-3 year time frame. You can either get the software to code it in the ECU if you're familiar with it. Or you can put a jumper box on it, so it doesn't think the battery was disconnected and put the new one in plug it up and tighten it down. before you take the jump box off. that's the 2 choiced you have or go to the dealer and be charge around $120 labor charge.

I wouldn't call it easy since you are cutting a hole in your headliner and mounting a bracket while being careful to avoid putting a screw through your roof. If you have a sunroof, you also need to be sure it can still operate properly after installing this unit. You power the unit through a switched (when your vehicle's key is in the accessory and run position) power connection. You can often find this by going to the fuse box or ignition harness. There are plenty of YouTube videos that you can watch for guidance but proceed with extreme caution if install yourself. A professional installation would cost $150-$200 which is much cheaper than a trip to the body shop if you put a hole through your roof.

Answer:	I would like to give you some personal advice. Do not buy any type of Netgear extender. They do not work at all.
