Answer:	I just tried to make a shot of espresso with it the way you would with Medaglia d'Oro instant espresso, and it doesn't really have a crema or taste like espresso. Get Medaglia d'Oro if you want espresso to drink. This is best for baking.
Question:	Can I just add a couple of tablespoons to the brownie mix directions? Searching on-line shows a lot of complicated directions
Answer:	I just saw this question, so sorry for the very late response. Having baked professionally for many years, I would definitely not recommend using "tablespoons" of espresso powder. If you are wanting to enhance the flavor of the chocolate in a mix, then add half a teaspoon (or up to three-quarters of a teaspoon) to the dry mix and whisk it together to blend. This will give your chocolate a deeper flavor. However, if you are going with mocha brownies, then add a tablespoon. Espresso powder is very strong and a wonderful addition to anything chocolate - but, only in moderation. Otherwise, it will simply overpower the flavor of the chocolate - especially, milk chocolate.
Question:	Does this work better than instant coffee
Answer:	Yes, it has the consistency of cocoa powder and blends in better than instant coffee, also you don't need as much as it is stronger than coffee powder.
Question:	Is this best stored in the fridge or freezer or would that add moisture? I've read different opinions so thought I'd ask here
Answer:	From the King Arthur Flour website: The powder will naturally clump when exposed to moisture, so in addition to keeping the container fully closed, you may want to try putting the jar in a Ziploc bag and/or storing in the freezer (especially if you're in a humid climate). We also find that a quick pulse in a spice/coffee grinder helps turn any hard clumps back into powder...Try storing it in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, and to prevent hardening you can put a silica packet (like the ones that come in pill and vitamin jars) right in with the espresso powder.

Cape Cod Soft Molasses Cookies

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease (or line with parchment) two baking sheets.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, salt, and baking soda until they're well-combined.
3. Beat in the egg, and then the molasses, scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl to blend in any sticky residue.
4. Add the flour, oats, crystallized ginger, fresh ginger, spices, and espresso powder. Mix just until thoroughly combined.
5. Scoop the sticky dough into 1 1/2" balls; a tablespoon cookie scoop works well here.
6. Roll the balls in sugar (either granulated or coarse), if desired. This is easily done by sprinkling the sugar into an 8" cake pan, and dropping the sticky dough into the pan. Shake the pan to coat the dough balls with sugar.
7. Space the cookies on the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2" between them.

Bake...

Bake the cookies for 8 to 14 minutes; bake for the shorter amount of time on a dark cookie sheet without parchment; the longer time if you've lined your baking sheet with parchment. The centers will look soft and puffy; that's OK. Cookies baked for the shorter amount of time will be VERY soft; bake them longer for a firmer cookie.

Remove cookies from the oven, and cool right on the pan; or transfer to a rack to cool. To maintain soft texture, store at room temperature once cookies are completely cool.

Answer:	It is a strong cup of coffee. Taste good, in my opinion. I use it for traveling and camping, or if I run out of fresh beans at home. Dislike cheap Hotel coffee. Without caffeine, my wheels don't turn.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin With Five-Spice Raspberry Sauce

Coat grill grates with no-stick cooking spray. Heat grill to medium (325°F to 350°F). Season tenderloin with salt and pepper. Turning occasionally, grill 20 to 25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from heat; tent with foil. Allow meat to rest 5 minutes before slicing. Add ½ teaspoon minced gingeroot and 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic. Cook 1 minute. If you worry about allergies to the the chemical additives, look for powdered vanilla bean, which bakers like because it is only the vanilla bean. Answer:	Generally speaking, the milk to coffee ratio of a macchiato is different than that of a latae. In a macchiato there is more coffee than milk vice versa in a latae. I prefer the macchiato.

Answer:	From my knowledge no they are not. I don’t see any special symbol or label to indicate it is.

Answer:	There is nothing on the label or the description stating that it is Kosher. It's just non-GMO. There is a King Arthur brand that boasts that it's Kosher.
Question:	The serving says 2 scoops, but could you just have 1 scoop instead
Answer:	We do not currently have a caffeine free version

Answer:	Unfortunately, there is no indication of caffeine content on the package. I actually haven’t used it to make espresso. I purchased it to use for baking in chocolate cakes and frosting, and it works very well.
