Answer:	I had the same problem and Cox couldn't even help me. I found that the network settings had to be changed to match the setup you have with your internet service provider (ISP). I recall there being three options. The booklet shows one option but that didn't work for Cox. I don't have it in front of me but I believe it's DHCP for Cox. You don't have to setup a new user or pw. Hope this helps!

Answer:	What cords are you referring to? It does come with the power supply and cord to connect it to the router. It also comes with one SHORT (perhaps 5 ft) Cat 5 cord to connect your modem to the router. PS...that will leave 3 empty gigabit ports open on your router....but no cords are included for those.

Answer:	Tonya, you first need a "modem", which can be purchased on Amazon. This makes the internet signal usable by the Tenda router. Connect modem to Tenda WiFi router, and you will have whole house WiFi internet reception.

Answer:	Dear： 1.First,please cable the secondary node to your modem and restart the APP to setup this node as a new &  isolation system like factory installing . 2.Please upgrade this node to latest firmware version which is V1.0.0.16 like the way you used to upgrade the existing node. 3.After you upgrade this  node , hold press the RST botton for 6s till the light Blue LED turns on and release the botton . This is the correct way to reset the node with latest version . it means failed to upgrade when the light blue LED didn't turn on .If failed , please follow the two steps up to upgrade it again. 4.Cable the pre-primary node to your modem ,then ,add this node to the pre-existing system on APP via scan the QR code after you finished the belows. 5.Setup this node as the primary node to see if this happen again . Answer:	Thank you a lot for your question! The solution is: 1. Put the new unit under NOVA WiFi coverage, power on new unit. Press its Reset button for about 20s until the LED turns solid white. 2. Connect your mobile phone to nova Wi-Fi network. Open Tenda Wi-Fi app, it will pop a window when the LED of new nova unit flashes blue to inform you that there is a new nova is joining the current network system. Tap “Allow join”. Then, the LED of new nova unit turns solid blue.

Answer:	It comes with a both an HDMI cable and a DP cable, however it doesn't say if its HDMI 2.0 or not. I ended up buying a longer cable as it was only 6-8 feet long.On the back of the monitor there are TWO HDMI connectors, HDMI 1 is for a HDMI 1.4 cable (4k @ 30Hz) HDMI 2 is for a HDMI 2.0 cable (4k @ 60Hz), so make sure you use the correct plug based on the cable.

Answer:	ARE YOU KIDDING!!! I have seen some really awesome fires and explosions on this screen!! It reproduces the UHD video so well you feel like you're right there in the middle of it all! (Using TWO of these!) As for the monitor itself, not even a hiccup! With TWO, it;s double the treat and the main reason I don't have a VR headset. It is pretty impressive playing most games at 2K (2560x1440) as most games do NOT run so well at 4K! I play Black Desert Online, World of Warcraft, and Elite Dangerous (Among others) and BDO and ED are fantastic on this monitor. Not to mention how well Windows 10 Pro works with these.
