Answer:	The SIM card was not included. I had one in the hot spot I have been using and just transferred it into the new one. I think the card has to come from the carrier you use. But, the hot spot works GREAT and the one I had for almost 3 years was also a ZTE. It's the only internet I have! I run 2 phones, 2 tablets, a kindle and a laptop off of it, sometimes several of those at once.

For example, I use a very expensive smartphone for gaming and the TV box won't play all the games that my smartphone can play. It's more like a try a see method. You must use a Bluetooth controller or some other gaming device along with the TV box on some games.

One is that the included antenna is not strong enough to receive signals in your location so you might have to purchase a stronger antenna to receive channels. Two, your location. I recommend that you go to antennaweb.org, type in your address to see if there are channels in your area and what type of antenna is required to get those channels. Answer:	I do not have plasma, but i do not see that -- that would make any difference, as long as the box is working and changes the digital to analog--and if this tv is a 2006, i would think that it has a digital ready input?? If so u do not need a converter box, just a good antenna and maybe a signal amplifier. If it does not have a digital input u would need the box and it should work fine. I use a converter box thru a vcr recorder, just so i can record on vcr tapes--otherwise i would not need one,cause i have digital ready input, which i use if not recording on vcr tape.

Answer:	This device was not unlocked as advertised. Make sure it is unlocked before you leave the U.S. When I reached to Haiti, I had to pay $20 at Netcom to get it unlock in order to purchased the company's sim card for internet service. It works well with digicel too, but I preferred Netcom. It works well in Haiti but runs slow. Sometimes not all the blue lights are on, so I had to removed the battery and reinserted it to have all the blue lights on.
