Question:	What size tortillas fit inside
Answer:	Yes this is good for making small roti/chaapattis. You just will have a couple of trial and errors as with all learnng. The dough is mixed by you and the roti maker can only flatten and cook it for you, according to your time as this is not automatic or timer oriented. Big part of rotis not disintegrating is moisture so your dough has to be fresh, and sticky. the dough balls if sticking to fingers you can use a little atta or flour on your fingers to roll and place flattened dough on towards the top and center of roti maker and with a quick motion close and firmly press for 3 seconds or so till you hear a squealing loud noise. Release and leave open, and once a few bubble appear on the surface, turn it over. Again when bubbles appear turn over and gently lower the top section. The roti will swell and raise the top and you know then that your roti is done. It really is that easy and it took me 3rd try to get it. Any roti maker not less than 1000 watts for 8 inches and not less than 1200 watts for 10 inches will do the trick on high heat. Unless it is defective. Most of the complaints are from users due to user error. Most likely too little moisture (dough has to be sticky) or holding the top down too long which will also dry it out. Dough size cannot be too small or too big either.

Question:	What is the molcajete material
Answer:	Well, I understand your frustration and of course the milk powder SHOULD be listed on the "product sheet". Milk powder IS listed on the back of the package and I can't tolerate any milk products either but I don't have a problem with this flour mix. I've put together gluten free mixes myself and there is such a tiny amount of milk powder in a mix, relative to the other ingredients, mostly white and brown rice flours and cornstarch, AND it seems that cooking also helps negate the milk powder, or at least that has been my experience and I certainly would not try to say it would work the same way for you. I will say that I've tried everything else out there I could find, as well as buying all the new cookbooks and making my own mixes and the Cup4Cup beats everything I tried.
Question:	Is the molcajete made of volcanic rock
Answer:	Yes it can be stored in the freezer though it does not need to be. I purchased a 25 lb bag about 4-5 months ago and keep it in the pantry. Even with the humidity of summer it still remains fresh.

Answer:	I believe it does. I always use this flour just like regular flour hence the name. One cup of this for one cup of the GF flour. It's an excellent product. The chocolate chip cookie recipe on the package is very good also.

Answer:	Paper bag. I usually Re-bag in manageable amounts using gallon ziplocks.

Answer:	They are woven, I wouldn't wash- you can do a quick rinse with water and a sponge or cloth, but too much water I think will ruin the basket. I use a hand towel in the bottom of the basket before putting the tortillas or bread in- helps prevent the basket from getting dirty and keeps the bread warm. I love my woven baskets!
