Note:

Smart Wireless Signal Strength Indicator

Question:	How close does it have to be to the router
Answer:	Dear Customer, Please don’t put the repeater too close to the router. It’s better to place the repeater in the middle of the router and the farthest place you want to Extend, or say, somewhere between 40%-50% of the signal strength. Question:	Does it work with Ring Cameras

Question:	After a few hours of being connected the network just stops having internet connection. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to make it work
Answer:	Dear Customer, If you meet this kind of problem that sometimes repeater and mobile device will lose their connection after extension, please reset the extender to the factory setting first. (The reset button is on the bottom of the extender) If the reset method still does not work well, please check the following steps: a.When the indicator turns no light, it mean the repeater and router are disconnected. Please verify if any changes have been made. Enter the router interface to view the history, and check the status of the superior router. If the router is fine, judging the strength of the signal by indicator’s color. You can adjust the location and direction of the repeater. b. When the indicator is solid blue Please check if the SSID of the repeater contains special characters or Chinese,we command you can set the SSID to alphanumeric combination.
