Question:	How to clear pairing records
Answer:	Probably not directly to this device. I think some bluetooth speakers let you "daisy chain" them over bluetooth (i.e. one is connected to this and another speaker, and shares the audio stream with that second speaker), but that's probably not what you mean. I'm not even certain you can pair this with more than one bluetooth device at a time (it might "forget" the first one when you pair it with the second one), but you probably can. (I can't give more definite answers because I can't even pair this with one bluetooth receiver (headset). You know how, often, you put one device into pairing mode and the other has a screen you use to select the first device and choose to connect to it? Well, I can put this transceiver into pairing mode and tell my phone or laptop to connect to it, but the semi-automatic way it pairs to headphones and most speakers hasn't worked for me yet.)

I no longer get the buzzing sound if I'm playing while charging. Ican't tell you this is the absolute best sound available, but it's very good and for around $15.00, it's worth it.

Question:	Is this compatible with the samsung fast charging
Answer:	My April 2017 purchase shows as an AC source. Using a Samsung Galaxy Player 5 with the app "Battery Charge Source Current" by PromethylHosting.com and a standard USB data cord, the app indicates "Fast Charge...5vdc detected on Pins 1 & 4 and Pins 2&3 are bridged" for both ports. Now, whether that's accomplished via firmware on the charger or whether Pins 2&3 are truly shorted, I don't know.
Question:	How securely does this stay in an outlet? At idle, my motorcycle shakes like a paint shaker in an earthquake
Answer:	Pretty secure. So far I tried it on 2 cars. And it sits all the way in. It hardly sticks out. And if you try to pull it out, its pretty good in there and tricky to get out. Toughness to remove from a scale from 1 - 10 I would say 8.
Question:	I noticed Audi on the 'does not support' list. Anyone use in a VW Passat? They share many of the same components
Answer:	It's not necessarily a matter of support rather more one of fit in my case (2012 Mazda3). The flat bottom of the charger keeps the pin from contacting the bottom of the outlet. I noticed similar problems with many of the 1-star reviews, common thread being that it would not work in many Mazda's. All of the freebie chargers have worked in that outlet as did the Scosche Revolt 2-port charger I bought after returning the Aukey. These latter ones all have a more tapering cone shape to the tip. I hope this helps.
Question:	Can I leave this plugged into my car lighter all the time like most other usb car chargers
Answer:	Yes, these devices can draw a small continual wattage. However since at least stock cars generally have the cigarette lighter(s) fed through the ignition/accessory switch, that means the socket will be dead or shut off when you pull the car key. In that sense you could leave it plugged in because 99% of the time, when you switch the ignition on, it is to start your car. A typical drain (without device plugged in) would be measured in milliamps.

Mirror display

When only one HDMI port is connected, its resolution can reach 4K30Hz. In other cases, the resolution is 1080P(Windows).

Note1: Please click Intel Graphics Settings for multi-display setting or press Windows+P

Note2: If you want to set Display, Resolution and Refresh Rate, go to the General Setting.

Triple display with Windows system

When connecting three displays at the same time, the resolution can only reach up to 1920*1080/60HZ. If you need, please click "Second screen only" to turn off the laptop screen after connecting.

Note1: Among the four screens (Displays and Computer), only three can display. There will be one that can not displayed (either Display or Computer).

Extend display with Mac OS system

Extend the display to other screens in up to 4K@30Hz with the Mac OS computer. The resolution is 1080P@60Hz when use VGA.

Note1: Setting- About This Mac>Display>Arrangement>Mirror Displays.

Note2: When your MAC OS needs to extend display, you need to click "Display" in Preferences, choose the Arrangement option, and then click "Cancel Mirror Displays".

Thunderbolt 3

The USB-C port with tiny lightning bolt leading to an arrow (Thunderbolt 3) means it is Full-featured, supporting video input or PD charging. If it is not Thunderbolt 3, we are happy to check if it can be used through USB-C hub.
