Answer:	Yes - but will be overkill as an xbox/playstation will use HDMI cords only reaching 60hz, you're paying for 144hz. The jump on computers is substantial however you won't notice a difference. I recommend a IPS screen - it's cheaper and the colour is much richer & runs @ 60hz.

Answer:	This one (the AOC G2460PQU) doesn't have G-Sync. The AOC G2460PG has G-Sync but as of yet, It is not available on amazon.com
Question:	Ips monitor 60hz or 144hz monitor for gaming
Answer:	144 hz is roughly 144 fps, which is more than ideal for gaming. 60 hz is roughly 60 fps, which is less ideal. However, this is all assuming your computer can run the games you're playing @ 100fps or greater. If not, you will notice no difference.
