Answer:	If the steel studs are heavy-gauge, you may be able to screw directly into them. That is unlikely outside of a commercial property. Otherwise, you can use toggle bolts to hold it to the sheetrock directly or toggle bolts through the steel studs. If you go this route, the center mount holes must be attached to the steel stud. The wing ones can be toggle bolts in the sheetrock. Preferred: - Install a 2x8 backer board either inside the stud cavity or even on top of the sheetrock and attached between two metal studs with 4 screws on each side to attach the 2x8 to the steel stud.

Answer:	The arm kit came supplied with a "T" shaped allen wrench which is inserted into the arm joint and either tightened or loosened according to the weight of the laptop. Get a flashlight and peek into the arm joint area and you will see the allen wrench socket.
