Initial request was in July. i returned my laptop battery which did not fit my laptop. Dell did not replace my battery. They cancelled my replacement order and has yet to refund my cost for the returned battery. I bought a replacement battery on Amazon and it works great. I don't remember the manufacturer of the replacement battery. Good Luck.
