Answer:	I love my Bogs! Nothing really works on ice except some form of Yaktrax with metal grippers . They slip on and off and shoe or boot. I work at a barn and when it is icy, sure, I can "shuffle" along on my Bogs, but in order to truly be able to "walk" you need buy some Trax!the sole is neither hard or soft. Answer:	I wear these boots year round and find them quite comfortable. I walk my dog in tall grass and sometimes muddy and they are very functional. They were also excellent last winter in the extreme cold new england had.

Answer:	Let me start by saying I love these boots! I live in the mountains, in the snow. So it is slick. These boots have replaced all of my winter boots . Answer:	No, It’s one big compartment but inside there are medium sized mesh pockets (6 of them) attaches to the side as well as the pockets you see on the outside. It’s very good sized! I use mine for school and I can fit books, binders, and my laptop inside with plenty of room

Answer:	Great question. The answer is it depends on the size of your laptop. The medium sized bag will hold a laptop within the dimensions 14.5" L x 6.5" W x 10.75" H while the large bag's dimensions: 17" L x 7" W x 13.5" H. I'd measure your laptop dimensions first and see if it will fit into the bag. The bag does have a bit of extra room as it's not rigid and, plus the width or depth is 6.5" for the Medium and 7" for the Large. Hope this helps.
Question:	Can it hold a folder in the laptop compartment
Answer:	I just tried with a Poland Spring 16 oz. bottle and it fits with the bottle half contained in the pocket. Larger bottles would have to go in the two mesh end pouches. I have no trouble fitting everything I need in the bag, and then some. There are also five more mesh pockets inside, two larger and three smaller. Plenty of storage. Question:	Does this bag come with a warranty
Answer:	Asked pre-purchase from Coolbell (no response thru Amazon Contact Us Button), Amazon, and Square-Trade. Seemed nobody knew what the warranty was or how claims would be handled. Just received the bag. There is a little card directing you to www.coolbell-bag.com (not a protected site). That site directs you to to tianlibag.com (Chinese company manufacturing different brands). Site is not really much use as the English is so horribly fractured. As best I can tell, they provide a 7 day or 15 day warranty. The only other warranty information on their site says return it to Amazon within 30 days (normal Amazon return policy). Since I went ahead and purchased the Square-Trade extended warranty as I felt nobody was providing me any straight answers, will just have to wait and see if the product fails. Should it, then I have three places to seek remedy: Amazon, Square-Trade, FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Frankly, they would have been better served by stating there is no warranty and if you don't want the product, return it within Amazon's normal return window.

Answer:	The straps are adjustable. There are five holes in total and when it arrived it was adjusted to hole #3. Measuring from the top of the bag to the highest point on the strap (set on hole 3) the length is 10 inches. I do not plan to adjust - perfect length for me.

Answer:	I've owned for roughly 6 months and it's held up very well. It is full leather, and very thick. Not like some of the "leather bags" that are really just pleather. I carry it every day.

Answer:	It will depend if you treat the bag with any oil or conditioner. You can use leather shampoo to keep it from staining your shirt, but research the leather shampoo before useing

Answer:	It will when I have my computer or books or files in it. It will also stand on its own empty if I have the buckles secured. Because it is a somewhat softer leather, it tends to not stand on its own otherwise. I’ve had the bag for a couple of months now and very much like it...and have gotten a number of compliments on it.
