Question:	Do these help with heels that are slightly too big
Answer:	I don't know about a Barre class but they do not seem slippery to me. Worn enough on a wood floor without socks might wear the material down to being slippery. But they are snug and stay on well -- do not slide around on the foot.

Answer:	I purchased the regular for size 7 shoe and 120 pounds. The fit is fine. However, I would not recommend this product. The items did not stay in place properly and it squeaked. I found NO improvement with these heel cups in my shoes. Save your money!!

Answer:	I do not recommend this product. They did not help and seller would not allow return. Amazon contacted me and they did refund my money. If you look at the reviews, people had the same problem with attempting to return.

Answer:	Hi, I think these would be too large for a child. I wear a women's size 8.5 and they are a little big for my shoes. They work great for the pain though.
