Answer:	48" is the shortest adjustment. I am 5' 5" and the top of the bag hits my hip joint when I carry it over my shoulder. I like it this length because it is easy to switch to wearing it cross body which I do when I'm shopping. There are 4 more holes in the strap each 1" apart if you would like it longer. And I'm sure it would be easy to put another hole in the strap, if you wanted it to be shorter.

I could maybe fit a second 12.9" if it only had a slim case and no cover, but it would get snug. Answer:	Hi - for me so far, it latches and stays latched fine without it being locked-it's not a hair-trigger at all. The caveat would be that there is some possibility of accidentally brushing against the latch (it's a pry-type from its top) and causing it to open. I never lock mine, but it doesn't "move around" a lot either. Hope this was helpful.

Answer:	The shoulder strap is adjustable. You can adjust it as high as you want or down around your hip. It is very comfortable also.

Answer:	A sleeve probably won't fit. The bag is very thin.

Answer:	I have travelled with mine to Dallas twice and to Paris, France; as my carry on personal, and it’s still spotless! I would say it does not get dirty easily unless you put it in a place or handle in way that gets dirty :)
