Answer:	USB sticks definitely work and I imagine as long as the external drive is powered it should also work.

Answer:	Ok...just thought I would share this though I think its more of a 'work around' than an actual permanent solution to the problem. Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 software version 8.2.0 (latest) Disney+ app version 1.10 (latest) Still no HDR nor Atmos available when trying to play content that should support it. Only HD and 5.1 available. But the fix and/or work around was this. Go to: Settings --> Device Preferences --> Display & Sound --> Resolution It was set at the top option: "4k 59.940Hz (default)". I had set it to the third option: "4k 23.976Hz HDR10 Ready" Once I set this option, I was able to get the Disney+ content in HDR and Dolby Atmos without issue. However the reason I think this might be more of a work around than a fix is because my Sony XBR75X800G 'should' be able to support 4k 59.940Hz. It doesn't have Dolby Vision (though I wish it did. :( ) but does support HDR10. Anyway, hope this little piece of information is helpful to some. If anyone has any additional info as to why this is or anything new that might be a better solution, I would love to hear it. Thanks!

Answer:	I don’t know what “legal” means, but I can almost guarantee you 100% that your tv will fit no problem. I used mine to ship guitars in, I was able to fit them 3 high which was about 41 inches tall I believe. My 55 in tvs looked small inside the boxes. Good luck.

Answer:	We used a shipping company so it worked fine not sure it would hold up in shipping it. There was no insulation and the box has no internal structure to it. I’d say no. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Are you signed into your google account? If that doesn't work, try uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Try rebooting the box by unplugging it and plugging it back in. Try resetting the box to factory. If all those fail, send the box back for a replacement, although I don't think it's the box.

Answer:	Box has folds that adjust to size needed, with the foam. I used it to pack my 65 inch TV, self move 2,000 miles.

Answer:	I shipped an LG 65EF9500 in it and it made it in one piece. The U shaped foam pieces are too big for the OLED panel, so I bought some styrofoam sheets from Lowes and put them on the front and back of the screen so that the U shaped foam pieces would fit.

Answer:	What exactly does it do when it stops working? You could try downloading the recovery image using the Chrome Recovery extension and put it on a USB and factory reset the device. This completely resets the software state so will let you determine if it might be a hardware issue.
