Answer:	That depends on what you have installed now. If you have a single- or dual-core CPU then it usually helps overall performance when you upgrade to at least a quad-core device. Other upgrades that provide a good bang for the buck are: 1. If you have a standard Hard Disk Drive installed, upgrade to a Solid State Drive. 2. Install as much RAM as your mainboard supports. It is important to note that whatever you do you will not make a vintage system into a ragingly fast machine unless you start with a fast mainboard - CPU - RAM combination (essentially build a new system) but the upgrades I describe above will significantly extend the life of a machine that is getting a bit slow to the point that it is irritating you when you have to wait for something to load, etc. I hope this helps, Ernie

Answer:	This CPU will work with your gigabyte ga-ma770-ud3 mainboard if it is (rev 2.0) or (rev 2.1). On the other hand, if your mainboard is (rev 1.0) you may be out of luck. To be safe, check your mainboards specification sheet (if you have it). If it has the AM3 CPU socket you should be good to go. If you do not have the user manual or specification sheet that came with your mainboard, search "gigabyte ga-ma770-ud3 specs" online to get its specifications. Answer:	Yes it has WiFi & Bluetooth, but also has cat5 connection if you are close to the router/modem to plug in. Hope that helps!
