Question:	Does this set include the neon pencils
Answer:	No, this set does not include neon pencils, just regular colors.
Question:	Does this set include the metallic pencils
Answer:	Yes. The 48 count set includes one silver and one gold metallic pencil.
Question:	why do my pencils not blend well
Answer:	Oil based pencils blend as easily if not better than wax based pencils. It could be the pressure needed or the tooth of the paper that is making things difficult for you. Remember that this set is not the Polychromos set, it is more of a beginner or child set so there is more filler in the leads. Also these are not soft core pencils. You will have to use greater pressure to achieve the same results.

Question:	Where can i find the names of the colors in the 24 set
Answer:	144ND36 is wax-based and not erased. Erasable colored pencils from Staedtler are 144 50NC12, 144 50NC24.
Question:	How do you sharpen these if they are triangular
Answer:	I do not like these very much. They feel stiff and are hard to color with, colors are not dark. The fact the tips do not break as easily as some brands is the only positive the pencils have going for them.
Question:	What are these like in comparison to the Staedtler Colored Pencils, 24 Colors (144ND24)? Are these really worth 4 times the price
Answer:	These are wax based ... not sure how a upcoming artist who uses a wall as their canvas would clean up, unless it's painted with scrubble paint. Perhaps a solvent like turpentine or polish remover would lift it. Best yet keep pencils out of reach ... I haven't found them powdery or flakey, so not thinking they would affect carpet, but then my carpet is covered with furniture cover primarily for other mediums I use as well as colored pencils (medium I use most).
Question:	How do these compare to prismacolor
Answer:	These are NOT Watercolour Pencils. I have Karat Aquarell Watercolour pencils from Staedtler (60) in a Tin and I love them. I use them to make Art Lessons for my Grand Kids, ages 8, 5, and 4. They can use the Color I have placed as a Guide and experiment with a little water on a Brush and then add their own WC's. I share all of my supplies with them so that their earliest art experiences will be good ones. Whenever we are together they want to Paint.

Answer:	I usually use a small steel hand held sharpener - the ones usually available in most stationary / or Art supply stores. They are softer pencil leads than other brands but not so soft they break while using - really well made !
Question:	are these ergo soft pencils labeled with color name &/or number? are they wax or oil based
Answer:	These pencils are great!! No name / number. Wax base, buy it you will no regret!
Question:	How do you sharpen these? is the pencil itself triangular
Answer:	The pencils are triangular, they do not roll off a table. A regular pencil sharpener will sharpen them.

Answer:	Yes !!! Depending on how hard you press down on the paper , this type usually erases pretty clean.
