Answer:	The ram is fixed at 2GB which makes it obsolete. The KO3US variant has 4GB which is the minimum one would want to run the background security processes being introduced with the July 20018 Chrome OS update. I personally would not hesitate to buy a used or re-certified K03US to meet an under $140 price point. If a K03US cosmetically looks fine then there is little chance that it will not perform as flawlessly as a new one.
