Answer:	I used ADB (https://developer.android.com/studio/command-line/adb.html) to activate sd card internal storage. There should be a command to activate multiple users.

Question:	what can make the touch screen fail if not broken or cracked
Answer:	I have no idea! I am not a guru, but it freezes up.... I have had a nightmare of a time getting things taken care of through the claims dept. My HP was sent in last year for repair (I had some keys sticking) HP not only fixed the sticking, but replaced my keys and I didn't ask or expect them to do it! HP is a better product in my book. They back their products and produce long lasting computer equipment!
Question:	CAN I WATCH NETFLIX
Answer:	Yes! In fact, the Netflix app for Windows 8 RT works extremely well in general and on this tablet in paticular. I like this version of the app better than the Android and iOS (iPad & iPhone) versions. A lot of people have been very critical of Microsoft and their decision to make an RT version of Windows. Obviously the full Windows 8 is more powerful (being able to run full Windows programs, not just apps), but my VivoTab RT is WAY more useful than my iPad and iPod Touch, especially since it comes with Microsoft Office. Since getting my VivoTab RT over 18 months ago, I rarely touch my iPad 2.

Answer:	No, it won't be able to run on the ASUS. Although the ASUS is a great tablet, it is nothing more than a Kindle Fire on steroids. It does not support Adobe Flash or reader and you can not run any windows software on it. You can download Apps from the windows store but they are limited. Because it is windows based (NOT full version) it won't run android apps (such as those you would put on your kindle). The Surface is the same, Windows 8 RT. I ended up buying an Acer Iconia W700. It is a full Windows 8- the pros and cons- it is bigger then the "norm" tablet of 10.1 inches. It is 11.6, giving you a bigger view of the screen items. It supports Adobe Flash and Reader, but you have to download and install a new version. It is portable but if you want to use it like you would a laptop, you need to buy an external Hard drive ($50-$150 for a decent one) an external CD/DVD reader/writer ($50) a extention with extra ports ($15) a wireless mouse ($10 - $30) a case to carry it all in ($50). In order to use any external device you MUST be plugged in. I am able (with TeamView) to access my desktop at home from anywhere. I am able to print at home to my e-printer from anywhere, it picks up any local wifi without any trouble. If your looking for portability and laptop useage its great. A small laptop with built in CD/DVD would work with less ancillary "parts" to loose and/or forget or leave behind.

Answer:	You can upgrade W10 home to pro at any time. The difference is a new license key to unlock the enterprise features. Unless you need the computer to join a domain there is probably little benefit in doing so.

Answer:	It is easily set up for log-on with a 4-digit pin or password. Just skip over the fingerprint login and the system will give you the other login options.

Question:	Can you use iTunes on this device? Looking for a gift
Answer:	I strongly recommend that you add a micro sd card up front. The 32gb on this machine has a recovery partition that takes up several gigabytes and Windows eats up a couple more GB, so by the time you power this up for the first time you will only have about 23gb available. Add the sd card and after installing ITunes move the library to the sd card. If you get close to filling the SD card you can use a regular USB drive to back up the sd card, install a larger sd card, and then restore your libraries to the larger sd card.
Question:	can I take handwritten notes on this, and what kind of stylus works best with it
Answer:	Yes. It comes with a pre-installed app caked OneNote that you can with your finger. Any stylus will work.
Question:	Does the sd card protrude outside of the slot when in use
Answer:	I intended to keep a 64gb card in mine at all times. I'm nervous that I will lose it, because it does stick out a tiny amount and once I noticed that it had ejected after being in my bag. (It was still in the slot but in the ejected position.) It's encrypted but I'd still hate to lose it.
Question:	Can the RAM be expanded to 4MB, or can a harddrive be installed
Answer:	Neither the RAM nor the drive can be changed. Look at the T200 model with the dock that allows you to add your own drive for more space. Keep in mind that drive space is only available when the dock is attached.

Answer:	The upgrade to Windows 10 is free and relatively easy. You'll be asked if you want to do it during the setup. It will take up a fair amount of the hard drive space, but you can compensate for this by manually deleting Windows 8.1. Otherwise 8.1 will self-delete 30 days after the upgrade.
