Answer:	Mine came with unlock instructions along with the unlock code for the specific IMEI of my device. Pretty easy to do. I had no trouble at all.

Answer:	Yes, it comes with a high capacity battery which is recharged by plugging the unit in. If you are leaving it plugged in most of the time it’s recommended to remove it, works fine with power cord.

Answer:	It is sold that way. When I got mine it wasn’t but they had notified me it wasn’t and quickly sent code to unlock. Once unlocked it stays that way. Unlocking is just putting the code into a menu item box.
