Answer:	There is only 1 RAM slot for this PC. The 16GB RAM is actually 20GB because 4GB onboard. If you want to upgrade it, you can buy a 32GB single slot RAM and replace the current 16GB. It will go to 36GB.
Question:	Does it have a place to add an optical drive
Answer:	As with most modern laptops you will have to use an external optical drive.
Question:	can you confirm webcam MP? 0.3 seems pretty low...is this capable of HD resolution
