Answer:	For decorative purpose yes they would be large enough but they are flimsy plastic and have numerous cut outs. Also as picture shows top is straight edge, bottom is a decorative cut out. you would have to cut them apart as it is a garland/banner.
Question:	Is this cut out of just printed
Answer:	This is cut out. We don't print on our papel picado products.
Question:	Can I cut the banner in half to create 2 banners
Answer:	Yes, you could cut it as the pattern is repeated. However, the banner is printed on very thin plastic (almost like saran wrap). Not very stable, very flimsy.
