Answer:	Hello Friend, The fan has no on/off swith. The light has on/off switch. USb/fan/light are working independently, will not affect each other. When you plug desk in, the fan will works automatically and at the same time you can turn on the light and use USB prots for charging. When you use 3 AAA baterries, the light will works but fan and USB port doesn't work. So if you want to use the light only for reading, you could install 3 AAA baterries. If you want to use all the three functions, pls plug desk in with the USB Cord came with package.

Answer:	My one year old lab is 24" to the top of her shoulders. And jumps up on it with her front paws never over it. But u can always hang the gate a little higher. My gate is about an inch and half off the floor. Hope this helps.
Question:	How many monitors can you connect to it
Answer:	Yes, definitely. The way it connects to the door frame needs a long continuous side, though. Check measurements ahead of time. I highly recommend this gate though, really sturdy and easy to install. We are using it outdoors, although it is on a covered porch.
Question:	On this model, is the 512gb ssd installed using the m.2 nvme slot, or using sata
Answer:	No. Horizontal adjustment for wider door opening is all that is available for this gate.
Question:	Is the "ssd" a sata or nvme pcie device
Answer:	Christine,Would not recommend it for a large dog that might be jumping onto the top of the gate if you are planning to open and close it on a regular basis. Have my gate at the base of the stairs to keep two older Labs downstairs with a 38 inch opening. Had to keep adjusting the level of the gate till I trained the children not to push down on the gate. Can provide photos of the gate if requested.Still would give it 5 stars for a temporary gate. With 8 and 4 year old children their weight pulling down on the top end by the latch during opening and closing the gate would cause it to not latch.

Question:	Is the 1tb hd a sata iii or nvme? see conflicting answers. can we specify to be nvme
Answer:	No overheating issues with mine. I do hear the fan kick on once in a while. The room it's is never over 80f in case that matters. Mine has been on for days at a time.. Keep in mind, I'm using an m2 nvme and not a spinning drive (or any 2.5" drive) and 2 8 GB memory sticks so it's pretty empty.

Answer:	no, the details are incorrect. this product has NO ram, NO hd, NO operating system. all will need to be purchased separately and self-installed. please be aware that any but the small m.2 drive WILL NOT FIT. DO NOT EXPECT customer support from intel or the ability to buy needed parts or get specifications from them. my nuc has been a $500 paperweight and my experience with intel horrendous. i will never again purchase anything directly from intel.

Answer:	The WiFi/Bluetooth module is soldered and cannot be replaced. Apart from the RAM and SSD, everything else is soldered and cannot be replaced.
Question:	What brand/model and form factor (2.5" or m2) is the 1tb ssd? What is the return policy on this item
Answer:	Officially supports 32 GB. I have 64 GB in mine and it works perfectly. I used 2 of Samsung 32GB DDR4 2666MHz RAM Memory Module (260 Pin SODIMM, 1.2V) M471A4G43MB1). Works perfectly. Others have reported no problem with 64 GB.
