The cust svc will tell you the baskets are backordered and they will put you on the list to get a new basket when they come in. I reported mine in October and I’m STILL waiting. If it’s the same type of basket, I’m sending it back.

Whisk milk and starter together then Use sous vide setting at 113 degrees for 9 hours. If u also want thick tart Greek yogurt, strain in the Hatrigo 2 quart inner strainer (can buy here on amazon) for 10 hours in fridge. Comes out perfect every time

Question:	So I brought the aura pro just realized it doesn't have the pressure cooker how long does it take to cook a roast dinner in this one
Answer:	The answer someone gave that they cooked a pot roast and vegetables in one hour is questionable. Perhaps if the meat was cut into very thin slices, it could work, though it’s doubtful that hard vegetables like carrots & potatoes would be done. In a slow cooker, the “high” temperature is still very low at 300°. For tender meat, especially large pieces like pot roast, and hard vegetables, you must cook it several hours on high or many hours on low (or a combination of both high and low). The high setting for 1 1/2 to 2 hours is equivalent to 15-30 minutes in a moderate (350°) oven. I’ve used slow cookers for 30 years. They are not fast, as their name implies!
Question:	is the inner pot heavy stoneware or a lighter material
Answer:	If it helps any, I have a Nesco Roaster & the inner pot to it is lightweight & ceramic coated. It roasts & cooks some of the best pork, beef, poultry. I'm reading up on the newest Instant Pot releases myself. I like this Aura & also the Gem but would like to know the maximum pound size these take. The only reason I'm looking to replace the Nesco with an IP roaster is to have better temperature setting. Nesco has a knob with far too much 'play' in the turn. I want more precise roast setting ability.
Question:	What is the sous vide temperature range? the range lists 250f, but i'm not cooking steak to 250f
Answer:	131 is the golden number. I cooked a turkey breast at 131 after injecting it with a spicy butter garlic mix for 24 hours. I cook all my steaks at 131 for 4 hours and my chicken the same... that is the magic number for at least 4 hours but turkey and pork are 24+ hours. For the turkey breast, I filled the bag with oil so the temperature would distribute evenly in the bag. As long as you get all the air out.

Answer:	To help clean it if you have a hard mess. Put 4 cups of water in the pan and set it on the steam function for 15 or so minutes.

Answer:	No, we could not get it to work with the closet maid wire shelves. In fact, we did our whole closet in the closet maid system (header rail with vertical supports that latch on) before we realized that the tie pull-out would only fit on the rubbermaid shelves. So we ended up using 1 Rubbermaid shelf where we wanted the tie pull-out and closet maid everywhere else. This particular pull out won't work on the closet maid shelf because it depends on the front support hooking into the front of the rubbermaid shelf. The front of the rubbermaid shelf has a smaller "hook front" than the closet maid shelf does. Hope this makes sense.... We could not get it to work and are very happy with the compromise....

Question:	Why is there no stop button
Answer:	There are places you can look up the differences. I have owned both in the past. If you consider yourself a fancy cook, even a fancy home cook, the ultra is probably the one you should go with. However, if you like things to be on the easy side, and go with the plus as it is easier to operate and does the same things. Another advantage of the duo, is that the handles have holes in them so that when you remove the lid you can set it in one of the holes without having to put it down on the counter somewhere. The ultra does not have this, which I found rather irritating.

Answer:	what are the dimensions, 6 qt vs 8 qt. Only 2 of us, but sometimes I will cook for 4-6 people. And make soup and stews so we can have leftovers. But I have a small kitchen and space is a ta premium so am debating

Answer:	Haven't done boneless ribs yet, but have done pork butt roast and chuck roast. Comes out very tender and very moist. Put the meat directly on the bottom of the pot, and NOT on a steamer trivet. I had a 3 pound chuck roast in the pot for 45 minutes under pressure then natural release. Had a 5 pound pork butt roast in for an hour, quick released, then added quartered potatoes to it for 8 minutes with natural release. Both the roast and potatoes were tender, flavorful and perfect.
