Answer:	This unit has mic volume issues as well. Wouldn't recommend it for microphone troubles. I've been dealing with their support unsuccessfully for software and mic issues.

The GSX 300 does work without software (it will process the sound coming through it), however all the functionalities and benefits can be adjusted inside the software, so it wouldn't make sense not to download it. Answer:	Get the Umarex magazine listed for the Beretta Elite II. Comes in a two pack. Amazon will sell you all you want for $19.00 per pack. These are metal and hold up well. The cheaper C11 models are mostly plastic and jam frequently.

Answer:	Most don't unless you get it in a kit. This however is just the case and does not include the PI or an SD card

Answer:	I would say yes, but depends on the POE hat since it comes with variety of sizes. The real problem is the height. One thing for sure is that the heat sinks and/or fan needs to be adjusted.

Answer:	This is a non isolated PoE adapter - it will allow a PoE Switch to power and provide data to your PI 3 B+ . Important note - it will also cause the HDMI output to be at 43 volts above ground with any Class 1 PoE switch, so there is always a big risk of damage when a non isolated PoE adapter is used.

Answer:	I purchased this without the case. just the POE hat. however, the description of this product clearly answers your question. It does both 5V and 3.3V. From the Product Description; " Attach black wire from fan to GND pin on PoE HAT. Attach red wire from fan to 5V (performance) or 3.3V (quiet) pin on PoE HAT. Close the case and make sure wires to not get tangled in the fan."
Question:	Are there proper instructions to install the hat with the cooling case? i cannot get it to boot with my poe ubuiquity switch
Answer:	Do you have the model of the ubuiquity switch? This product requires 802.3af compliance. Any switch that advertises 802.3af (PoE) or 802.3at (PoE+) should be supported. This device does not support "hack" PoE standards like 24V DC as they are unsafe and un-negotiated and can damage equipment.

Answer:	The holes in the base are 3.2 mm in diameter. But you could drill then out to 7 mm in diameter if needed. You can also use the included small mounts to mount the case to a surface. They would use are a 45 degree countersink screw with max diameter of 4 mm.
Question:	Can't get official 7" display to fit. If the board is oriented the correct way to get the cables to reach through, then the case blocks the board
Answer:	Are you using the gold screws to secure the display control board as shown in step 1? Can you make sure the display is going into the case the correct orientation? See step 2. If you are still having issues please contact us directly and we can troubleshoot.

Camera mount

Answer:	The full size hat provides ground isolation which prevents ground loops or short circuits if your PoE equipment is non-compliant or does not provide isolation protection. We highly recommend the professional version.

Answer:	So, this was a bit of a journey finding a good case for this device which fits without hacking something with a Dremel. :) I finally settled on this case which seems pretty rugged: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B085GBCLYR/. The fan that ships with this case, however, is a 30x30x10mm fan, which is too deep and hits on the PoE hat, preventing the case from closing. However, that is easily solved by also purchasing a 30x30x7mm fan, such as this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07G97L9TL/ The combination of the above case with the thinner fan works well for me.
