Answer:	Not sure what type of plug in it was. But it did not fit my application. This as not a problem though. I simply cut off the end of my old unit, and spliced it to the new one. The 3 wires are color coded the same on both old and new connection.

Prozone's lamps are tested at an air flow rate of 1 liter/minute; so if your flow rate is different, your ozone output will be a little different.

Question:	Hi, I have read alot of reviews saying the therr is a design flaw, Can the manufacturer guarantee that the plsstic tabs will not brake
Answer:	I owned three of these and all three had problems. The design flaw is the mounting bracket and the way it connects to the water pump. Under pressure the tabs will break and you must be vert careful when installing it. I have two break on installation and another pop after about 4 months of usage. I have built PC's for over 25 years, so I understand how to properly apply pressure when installing CPU coolers. I would wait until cooler master fixes this issue. Hopefully the next revision will have a better mounting system.

Answer:	You Can you try routing the cable through the slot near the heat spreader at the top for the cord. Outside of that that's the only option. I also had to do this on my motherboard for the cord to make it look alright. It doesn't hurt the cord in any way.

Answer:	Yes you can mount fans on both sides for push pull but keep in mind this particular item come with a total of 12 screws and you will need 24 total screws if you plan to utilize all four corners when mounting each fan to the radiator. So you will have to buy extra M3 screws which is a pain because the type of M3 screw that is used in this radiator is a very thin hard to find screw, compared to other M3 screws that are thicker and fit on radiators such as XSP, Corsiar brand etc. However you can with some effort use the thicker M3 screw and force screw them down which you can absolutely do. I believe the M3 screws needed is 30m long.
Question:	I read that fan screws are included with this 360 kit? anyone know about the gaskets,if not does anyone know if the xspc gasket set will fit this
Answer:	Hello, The kit includes the screws for the fans to secure them to the radiator or case, both are included. For the gaskets, are you referring to O-rings? All fittings include the proper o-rings for the compression and o-rings for the G1/4 thread to secure to the components. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

High-Quality Manufacturing Process: Reflow Soldering

An exceptional manufacturing process using high temperature soldering at 482°F/250°C sets the radiator in a class of its own. This technique allows for impurities to be kept out of the soldering process, ensuring that full strength on all the connected areas is achieved. The radiator is baked through a controlled atmosphere soldering line. The materials melt into each other to accomplish optimal thermal transfer from the tubes to the actual fins in order to attain better heat evacuation.

Optimized Heat Dispatching

The radiator is optimized for efficiently pulling heat away from the power-dissipating components thus achieving maximum heat dissipation at both low and high airflow operation. After soldering, the fin and tube connect to form a joint, thereby creating uniform heat transfer.

Triple-Row Copper Tubes with Brass Tank

To assure the best thermal capacity and increase heat transfer, the Pacific CL Series is engineered with an extremely thick 64mm radiator along with a triple-row 14-set flat tube design and brass tank. This technique allows that water flows down on the one side, and then passes across the bottom chamber before circulating back to the other side of the radiator.

High-Density Copper Fin Design

Fin density is optimally designed to accommodate high air volume (FPI: 14). The performance improves significantly with increased fan speed, offering superior cooling efficiency during operation.

Stainless Steel Side Panels

Unlike most of copper radiators on the market, the radiator utilizes stainless steel made side panels that increase the durability and strength of the radiator while reducing the weight.

Answer:	You need to use the msi mystic light software to control the LEDs

Answer:	If your has the 4 pin header, that is 12 volt RGB header. This unit I believe is set up for the 5 Volt 3 pin ARGB header. NOT COMPATIBLE AT ALL.
Question:	Does it come with thermal paste or do I have to buy that separate
Answer:	It comes with Thermal Paste, but the one I got was junk. It was hard and not usable
