Answer:	I’m not aware of any loose screws. I have two sets, both are holding up so far.

Answer:	nashing is right it’s an issue with using different grounds. You should use the ports next to each other on your motherboard/ case i/o or you need a dedicated dac amp solution with mic input like mayflower arc or gsx1000 or syba sonic usb or something similar

Answer:	On Cooler Master's Official Website they have their spare parts store. You can find it by searching Cooler Master APAC spare-parts, or if you have MH-752 you can get the Sound-card attachment separately. If you've registered your product, you might still be under warranty and can get a replacement part that way as well. All else fails: you can order a 3.5mm 4-pole jack and connect it to your headset that way. Like Chris said before: the V moda boom pro is a good replacement mic and cable.
