Answer:	I emailed the company about this very question I had. This is the response I received back! Thank you for your email. The Organic Superfoods product is far less about servings of fruits and veggies and vitamin/mineral content as it is about antioxidants and polyphenols - compounds that are not measured on the Nutrition Facts Panel. The ORAC value (Antioxidant value) is very high and each serving has 5 billion probiotics from Bacillus subtilis, 7g of organic fiber and a wide spectrum of phytonutrients. This is a small amount of a spectrum of 50 different superfoods per scoop so it not meant to replace say several servings of broccoli. It is really meant to be a complement to, not a replacement for, a well-balanced diet that includes a variety of real fruits and vegetables. Answer:	Not sure. All I know is I searched HIGH & low for a Green SuperFood that was not exorbitantly priced and had NO GMO's in it. This is mostly Organic and I trust it, I feel great and I've been drinking it for almost a year now, every day. I mix it with other things: aloe juice, carrot juice, turmeric, etc. but as far as I can tell it's Awesome!! :)

Question:	Does anyone else have digestive issues after drinking this
Answer:	Yes, I did for two days in a row. And I only added 1-tbsp to my smoothie, not the 2-scoops that are recommended. It messed with my intestinal tract and bowel movements. I'm going to wait a while and then I may try using it alone in a smoothie with the protein super foods 50, Berry and water or some kind of liquid. I was a whey protein advocate for years and that never bothered me. I'm not a Vegan or Vegetarian, so it's not imperative that I drink this stuff. I need to look into "erythritol". Maybe that is the culprit.

Answer:	I bought mine at Walgreen's and it had two different colors. Makes me wonder if there is another ingredient inside the light color capsule and the dark color capsule. I'm just now getting to the bottom half and it's all light color, which is very similar to the fish oil that they sell too.

Question:	What exactly is this powder for? - Google doesn't have a clear answer either
Answer:	You can use this powder for smoothies, giving extra nutrients to your daily diet. There are 4 different types of greens in this powder: Wheat Grass, Kale, Moringa and Spirulina. My husband is unable to eat salads because of intestinal blockages. This is the way he receives his daily fiber/ nutrients. I add a teaspoon of this powder to his drink, which is equivalent to 1.5 servings of greens. I also add 2 cups of spinach, with a cup of frozen blue berries and 1 banana and 1 cup of almond milk. Blend till smooth. It truly is delicious!
Question:	Can you mix powder with juice
Answer:	You could. I only ever mix it with water but the packaging advertises a suggested use of putting it in smoothies, so I’m sure juice would be fine. You’d just want to make sure you have a way to adequately blend/mix the powder with the juice.

Answer:	I've had things that seem like they have heavy metals in it from how I feel after consuming it, but amazing grass is the top of the line for this kind of greens that I've had. It always comes in a dark green color and strong flavor, and I feel good after taking it. I really do think it is the best, especially for the price and would place my bet on it being the last one to have impurities.

I would advise against taking this if you eat a lot these micronutrients already as it can be overkill in some people. Answer:	I am not sure as I have not tried that other one you speak of. Looking at the ingredients-yes they are similar but it seems to me that Peak Performance is offering a broader range from more ingredients benefiting more of the bodies varies systems. This is also much more inexpensive than that other one and does not have chocolate in it-which can be an irritant to some. Try this one! I do recommend it! It's not a protein drink if that's what you are looking for but a nutrition, health drink to add to your diet.
Question:	Can this be mixed with my smoothies
Answer:	The taste is just bland. I wouldn't enjoy drinking with just water, but could because it isn't like drinking some herbs that are awful. I mix one scoop every morning with V-8 Juice or tomato. My husband prefers orange juice, and my sister cranberry. Whatever your favorite juice is, just add one scoop into an 8 - 12 ounce glass, just enough juice to mix the powder into a gravy, then slowly add more stirring. You really won't taste enough of a difference to not drink it. I like my juice better with it. Sometimes when I get to the bottom of my drink, I will add a little more juice to get all of the green vibrance. If you are in to skin care, add 1 scoop of NeoCell Super Colengen Type 1 & 3 powder and 1 tablespoon of whatever oils you take. I like Carson Cod Liver Oil. They have different flavors. The oil will enhance the delivery of the green drink plus add the right oils for you skin. Don't worry if you already have oily skin, it's not the same things. Taking your oils daily will increase the elasticity of your skin preventing you from aging sooner. The colengen should speak for itself. Your body only produces so much and less as you age. If you are young, start young while you can and prevent unwanted aging. LOL Hope this helps! :-)
