Tips and troubleshooting:

1. The photo shown in the photo app takes about 5 seconds. Do not remove the card reader during this time. Wait for enough time to view the device.

2. Make sure the card (CF, SD or TF) is a good card and the card capacity does not exceed 64GB. Note that Wi-Fi SD cards are not supported.

3. The cf card reader cannot be used with the GoPro Camera card and Sony high-speed card. When your iPhone / iPad shows "This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably on this iPhone / iPad", please ignore it, this will not affect normal use.

4.If the digital camera does not take a photo, use a computer to create a folder named “DCIM” in the root directory of the memory card.Copy photos and videos to the DCIM folder. Answer:	If you were a system before iOS 13, you wouldn't be able to read it. Because before iOS 13, only photos and video could be read, while photos and video had format requirements. AVI is not one of them. If you upgrade to iOS 13. You can use "file" to see all the files on the card. But whether it can be read depends on whether the iphone supports it, not whether the card reader supports it. Question:	Will these memory card readers read videos of movie format
Answer:	If you take one photo with your digital camera and choose to keep RAW and JPG format at the same time, then you have the same photo with two formats, one by JPG format and one by RAW format. When importing, iPhone or iPad will just import the JPG file not the RAW file because of the iOS System. So, to solve this issue, please just choose to keep RAW format when taking photos. And the reader can read and import the RAW format photo into iPhone and iPad.
Question:	Will this SD card reader works with an iPhone 11 pro max without any app
Answer:	First making sure your iPhone is with iOS 9.2 or above and iPad is with iOS 8.0, because ONLY iOS9.2 and 8.0 open this function to iPhone and iPad. if not, please upgrade your iPhone or iPad to the lastest version and try again. Besides, use some alcohol to clean the inner part of iPhone & iPad’s Lightning receptacle. Usually people never clean this part and there are a lot of dust inside which may stop the connection between the device and your iPhone.
Question:	Can I use this iPhone card adapter load and read pdf book from the sd card
Answer:	Because of the limits of iOS, the Reader ONLY supports standard photo formats, including JPEG and RAW, along with SD and HD video formats, including H.264 and MPEG-4. MP4 format is not compatible.

Question:	Does this come with an sd card
Answer:	Any of those later games won't run on it. This includes Super Mario RPG, any Star Fox game, etc. The everdrive doesn't have the chip needed to run them. I can't get Mario Kart to work either.

Answer:	you just bricked the card,the only thing you can do is ask the seller if he can replace it .
Question:	Can I use to load and read pdf book from the sd card
Answer:	if you ordered one with a pre loaded sd card yes. you can also put almost any rom on it you want. it just wont play games that had special chips built in.
Question:	Can I use it connect a usb camera to iPhone
Answer:	Yes because it works with the original versions of the Supaboy, but not 100% since I don't have an S to test it with.
