Operation Instructions in Single Unlock Mode

1.Initialization:

After installing the battery, hold on the RESET button (passing a small hard object through the hole in the front of the lock cylinder to press the reset button). When you hear a "Di" sounds, release the hand. The lock beeps: "Di, Di, Di, Di, Di” (five short beeps). At this point, the lock is initialized (clear lock record) state, in Single Mode.

2.Set Master Card:

After initializing, the first card (RFID Card / Tag) is swiped in the sensing area of the lock body. After a sound ("Di-Di") is made, the card becomes a Master Card. Master card can be used to unlock the cabinet door, add or delete the user card.

3.Set User Card:

Swipe the management card (After reading successfully, the lock beeps "Di", in an unlocked state, new user card can be configured), put new card on the sensing area untill you hear a short beep which means the setting is successful. The user card can be setted continuously (up to 11 pcs).

Answer:	You are stuck, unless the back of your cabinet has the thin fiberboard which you could pull off. It does come with a USB cord which can be used to charge the battery from your phone. However I did not want it hanging out from the unit. The battery unit is supposed to beep when it gets low. I've been using mine frequently for the past few months and have not reached a low battery signal. You could set a reminder on your phone/calendar to replace with a fresh battery every few months.

Reset

Install 2x AA 1.5V Batteries. Press the Reset button until a long beep.

Set Up Admin Card

After resetting the lock, swipe a RFID card/fob, this first card is configured as the Admin Card.

Set Up User Card

Swipe the admin card. Then swipe new cards, which you want to add as user card within the beeps.

Delete Card

1. To delete all user cards: swipe the admin card 3 times.

2. To delete all admin and user cards: same as Reset.

Low Voltage Alarm

When you swipe the card to unlock, the voice alarm will alert (you can hear a long beep) if the battery power is low. You still can swipe card to unlock for 50 times max. Please replace the batteries ASAP.

After adding the master key, short press to change the lock-open mode. (a) Short press the button, if you hear one short and one long beep, this is for single key mode, and you can open the door by one key. (b)Short press the button again, if you hear two short beeps and one long beep, this is for two keys mode, and you should open the door by the master key or two guest keys. 3. And then, you can add guest keys. Just swipe the master key, and swipe the new keys which you want to add within the beeps. 4. Reset: Long press the set button until you hear beeps. You can add new master key, all old keys will be disabled.
