Answer:	Our machine has only one USB port. However Grace comes with software that allows you to "Add your custom messaging or favorite music with the flick of a finger. Drag any MP3 file onto the USB drive and you are ready to go." So probably the USB that comes with Grace has MP3 slots to put your own music in between on hold voice message slots. We just use Grace as it came out of the box. Contact Grace Customer Service, IMO.

Answer:	I have not. My sound bar is synched to the on/off button on my TV, and the sound is delayed about 5 seconds after I turn on the TV. But I have not experienced any other sound delays.

Answer:	One disc at a time. It is not multi-disc. I you have a disc with a lot of songs, I believe you can program the disc to play a number of songs out of order.
