Also do not clean your screen with any glass cleaners or windex at that which ayissetpr says they do. Answer: The headset needs to be paired with the mobile phone again after restting. please delete the T8 'in the connected device in the Bluetooth menu of the moblie phones. and then search for pairing again. After that, it can be used normally.

Question 3:Why is this volume of the earphone adjusted. but the volume changes the time it is used?

Answer: If you adjust the volume through the headset, it may not be synchronized for some moblie phones,and it will be played according to the moblie phone volume or the default volume of the headset when it is used next time. In the case,moblie phone is recommended to adjust the volume. and the volume of the last adjustment will be maintained at the next time it is used.
