Answer:	Please understand the engine, pipe and wind noise will overpower any speakers once it reaches certain speeds, it is just physics and unavoidable. Try to adjust the speaker's direction and make it face toward the helmet area. It would help a lot. Instead of putting two speakers on the crash bar, I would suggest mounting them at the rear seat.

Answer:	It is about 10"x5"x3" deep. It is not water proof so do not trust it. Also the unit itself is in no way even water resistant. I would recommend you go with another company. Mine stopped working after one night with it only exposed to the morning dew. Yes they do have a limited warranty, but you have to pay to ship it back to them. which is about $50.00, i don't know how much the unit is that you are buying is, but that is a good portion of it. Steer away from BOSS products in my opinion.

Answer:	The shaft is actually a 3" piece of pvc, it was not listed on the packaging details either. I have no idea what it is for, perhaps some sort of spacer. This is a good quality pad that holds up well.

Answer:	Depends on which Nano. This unit works with the older, 30 pin iPod and iPhone. If you have a new iphone/ipod with the 8 pin or 'lightning' (i.e. iPhone 5) then you will have to use an adapter. I purchased a Bluetooth adapter when I upgraded and I have no problems using the unit.
