That way, you don't need to have two separate apps running. Your wife can just simply use her own Nexar app to the dash cam when she's driving alone. On the other hand, there's no need to manually disconnect to the camera regardless if you're travelling together or not. If the only intention is to start/end recording, then its best that you don't disconnect to it so you don't have to manually set it up again once you begin a new trip.

Q1:Why dashcam randomly powers on and off every few seconds?

A1:1.It may be due to the sudden change of hot and cold weather, and the dash cam is damp (try using a tool such as a hair dryer to dry the moisture).2.The battery may be damaged if stored in the warehouse. pls contact Campark and we will replace it for you.

Q2:Why does the dash cam freeze?

A2:1.Slow reading and writing speed & small memory card capacity (Please use a U3 or above high-speed Micro SD card and format it before first using. support 256GB).

2. The memory card has a short lifespan & weak ability to deal with complex environments (it is recommended to use a SD card of good quality and brand).

3. If the camera freezes on the screen and there is no response, long press the power button/the front camera part next to the button has a reset hole, use a needle to poke it, it can return to normal.
