Answer:	I purchased November 2019 and the software was not included At that time. FYI, B&H Photo Video have a bundle for the GX9 that includes Skylum Luminar 4. Answer:	The reason I sent the camera back — the exposure adjustment dial on the top of the camera was so stiff and difficult to turn that it required using both thumbnails to move it; my thumbs were still sore the next morning. I tried reassigning the function to the back dial, but that too was so stiff that it required the use of a thumbnail (with more force than should be necessary) to click the function on. I originally purchased the camera for the post-focus and in-camera focus stacking function, but didn't try it out because the camera was essentially unusable. Too bad, other than that it seemed like a promising camera.

Question:	What's difference between 3 PIR and
Answer:	With 3 PIR, the trigger time is shorter than only 1（only 0.2S）. The trail camera will take photos and videos faster than the cams which just have 1 PIR. The camera will also get broad view and save more power.
Question:	After the cam detects motion how long until it starts to take pic/rec
Answer:	Mine takes about 1 sec. If you set pic/rec both, it will take picture first then record.
Question:	Can I use rechargeable batteries
Answer:	It's not recommended by the manufactorer. I think its because of the low voltage protection which protects the cam from crahsing. Rechargeable batteries have 1.2V compared to 1.5V of AA's. And rechargeable batteries decay faster.
Question:	My settings keep resetting to default every time the camera turns off. Is there any way to hard reset the camera? Or is this a known issue
Answer:	I don't see hard reset button on the cam. If you can't keep your settings, I would contact your seller and replace the camera. There must be something wrong with it and you will never figure out what's wrong. Just Replace it and have good working cam. I hope this helps.

It is very rugged, the battery really lasts, and I am satisfied with the quality of the videos. I only use it during the day, so I can't talk about the IR/red light quality.
