In order to be able to shot 90 straight up you will have to insert the camera with the Camera Platform attached from the Front side, looking back. Then it will be possible to get straight 90 degree overhead shot.

Question:	is there any way to adjust movement speed? mine hardly will move at all
Answer:	Yes, it can be removed, and even taken apart. Some of the fluid heads on these tripods can come a little tight, and there are step-by-step instructions that you can find easily enough online detailing how to loosen them up a bit. You basically just have to loosen the large retaining bolt that runs through the pan mechanism. (Looking at the underside of the Head, you'll see hole which shows the top of a large slotted bolt. I loosened this by a 1/4 turn - which was really tight and required lots of force to budge it). Hope this helps to answer your question!

Answer:	The clamp is compatible with some, but not all, Arca Swiss plates. No fault of SmallRig, but various manufacturer plates are not machined to the same tolerances. To their credit, the SmallRig seems to be best-of-class. For instance, the clamp will secure both Really Right Stuff and Kessler Kwik Plates, both superb products. I also like Joby brand X-ball, which claims to be Arca Swiss compatible, but Joby plates cannot be secured in the SmallRig clamp, though I believe the Joby clamp on X-ball will secure the SmallRig plate included on this tripod. FWIW - lever-action clamps seem to require a lot more precision than screw-lock clamps like this one. So a Really Right Stuff Arca Swiss screw lock clamp may secure a Joby plate, but a Really Right Stuff lever-lock clamp will not work with the same plate. I'm a big fan of Really Right Stuff purpose-built Arca Swiss camera plates, which are specific to each model of camera. I buy one for every camera I purchase and never remove it since they form fit the camera body, do not twist or loosen, and do not protrude or snag inside the camera bag. Question:	Has anyone found good documentation explaining what exactly the side knobs do and how to remove the head from the bowl mount
Answer:	As you'll note from the picture the charger comes with a small cable, one end plugs into the charger the other you plug into a USB port. So as long as you have access to a USB port you're good to go (friend with a laptop, office computer, some Cars, airport seat with a USB receptacle, even some aircraft now). Note the charger does not plug into the camera as you seem to ask, it charges the NP-BX1 battery which is used in the DSC-HX400 camera.

Answer:	Dont really know, i charged them over night and have been ruining since. Will check once i get to a low battery level and then see how much time it will take.

Answer:	Works great in my Sony FDR-X3000. Like other responders have stated, the Wasabi batteries don't seem to last as long as the Sony one that comes with the camera, but 1 Sony + 1 Wasabi battery lasts me a full day of snowboarding. The Wasabi charger is a key addition to this package.

Answer:	You can buy a cellphone mounting bracket here on amazon to mount on the tripod, making it completely compatible.
Question:	Are the feet replaceable and if so, what is screw mount size for the feet
Answer:	The feet just appear to be custom, thick rubber booties. My attempts to pull the booties off or unscrew them were to no avail. (I'm not going to try and force them off.) So, from that my answer is that they are not designed to be replaceable, though you may be able to find replacement booties that you can glue on in the event they fail for one reason or another.
Question:	Will this tripod let me shoot strait up or will the handle prevent me from doing so
Answer:	The video head can point down 90-degrees, but it can only point up at 70-degrees. You could get the camera to shoot straight up into the sky with a 90-degree angle if you mount the camera backward on the video head plate so the lens is looking at you and then point the camera down 90-degrees (with the lens then pointing up).
