Answer:	BEWARE! In order to email a photo to the frame, a person must sign up for a Nixplay account. You don't have to use the app, but you do have to set up a personal Nixplay account to be able to email a photo to the frame. What that means is that my extended family (over 100 people) will all have to become registered users of the Nixplay system in order to send photos to my 100 year old grandmother. I wasn't able to find this out until after I bought one and attempted to set it up. I'm returning it in favor of the Skylight frame, which does allow emails from non-account holders.

Answer:	I bought my dad a kodak pulse over eight years ago and it has run with no problems. My kids bought me the pix star frame not quite 4 years ago and it has stopped working. I bought the pix star frame for my kids last year at christmas and it is disappointing to think that their frames could stop working in just 4 years. Of course the warranty is only good for 3 yrs. I am very disappointed. The price of the pix star is double to what I paid for the kodak pulse. Customer service has been very good. They are sending me a new cord to see if that is the problem but they don't think that will fix the problem. They are willing to sell me a new frame. LOL

For Larry, there is a setting to auto confirm all incoming pictures that will allow you to just email the pictures to the frame. They will popup on the screen with a couple second timer that the default option is to add to the frame. I thought that I had found a place on the web page to delete the pictures but don't have access to the password for the account right now so can't confirm that or not.

Answer:	Yes. You can name each frame and select the frames you want to download the pictures. I just have one so I don't know if you can select more than one frame at the time, but you can select frames. You set up the frame name when you just turn it on the first time

Answer:	YES! As long as the frame is connected to wifi, it will accept new pictures. All users have to download an app, and be connected to a particular frame. We have ones for my grandfather, my mom, my mother-in-law, and us. I can choose a picture, then which frame(s) I want it to go to.

The digital picture frame is not a traditional frame which can only display photos, it can also play lively videos with max.15 seconds! The videos support MP4 format and can only be sent from app “Frameo”. Besides, you can put a unique caption on photos and videos.

1. Download App “Frameo”

You need to download the free App ”Frameo” from Google Play or App Store. Then open it, and create a unique name.

App "frameo" uses a point to point transmission technology, which can only transfer photos, but cannot edit the pictures that already exist in the photo frame through the mobile phone directly. It can keep your privacy much safer.

2. Enter the code generated by F20

You need to enter the code generated by the digital picture frame on your phone. The code can be shared with your family and friends. So they can send photos or video to your frame by the code. If you receive your friend’s code, you can also send photos or video to him. It goes both ways.

3. Choose one or more photos to share

You can send one or more photos (max.10) to the photo frame. Also, you can add caption to record on the photos, and choose the most valuable part of the photos to share with.

Question:	Is there a way to get the videos to play in shuffle mode with pictures? Or to stop the screen from turning off
Answer:	The digital photo frame does not allow the pictures to shuffle only show them as a slideshow. In answering your question about stopping the screen from turning off, I did not have a problem with either of the two frames I purchased. I would suggest you contact the company's customer support and see if they can assist you in resolving this issue. If they can't, then I would return the item as it might be defective.

Question:	of my Vedio's are displaying sideways or upsidedown, tried everything, how do you correct it to display Right side up

Internal storage will lower the speed when you display photos, it will conflict with outside service

Please understand that there are some black borders if you choose this function, just like even if you see the photos on your computer, it is the same situation. When you choose full-screen display mode, this kind of photo will be enlarged without shape viewing.

It is not the problem of the frame if your photos won't auto rotated, please send the files to customer center service to check the issue of the file.
