Answer:	They are cloth, but they are see through. if you are setting it up in front of a widow or somewhere with lighting, it will be very noticeable and obvious in your pictures unless you put extra padding and cloth behind it to hide the light.

Answer:	Yes. I’m a photographer for pet and have travelled to various indoor shelters to photograph the animals. These lights worked well where there is no or little natural light.

That bulb is HUGE--the box is 10-1/2 inches high. They don't mention a lumen output in this product listing. If they did, it would be easier to know the tungsten equivalent.

Question:	Im having trouble with fully extending the bar. Do we need to twist it? to have it stay in place
Answer:	Hold base (thicker/legged pipe) and twist extension (thinner pipe attached to light) counterclockwise to unlock then extend it and twist clockwise to lock. No need to fully extend it to lock it (it locks in any position).

Answer:	as you can see at the bottom of each piece in the pic. it came with a 3 point stand that you screw on the bottom of the telescoping pole. it should have come with 2.

Answer:	I do not know the exact CRI number, but is probably somewhere between 80 and 90 without any filters.

Answer:	I'm using the light on the lowest setting (1%) and the light is mounted on a gooseneck arm about three to four feet from me and it's plenty bright for video calls. At 1%, I get about 14 hours of life. (I've never used it long enough to run out but the remaining life indicator seems accurate so far.) You recharge the light via a USC-C port. I just leave it recharge overnight, so I haven't timed it yet.
Question:	Why bi-color and not only white
Answer:	I can't tell for sure, but it looks like the attachment to the suction cup is a standard GoPro socket, which means if you could stick a GoPro base to your monitor and use the 3M adhesive on the GoPro base instead of the suction cup. That would be more permanent, but should open up a lot of options for you if it is indeed a good fit. GoPro attachments are pretty cheap too, so you could pick some up to test it somewhere less expensive.

Answer:	There are 4 metal bars for the top of the backdrop. You can configure them in three ways - 2 bars (5' 2"), 3 bars (7' 8"), or 4 bars (10' 2"). The measurements here are one end of the bar to the other end. The space for a backdrop will be a few inches less (approximately 4" less for each setup). The tripod stand for the backdrop will stick out past the bars, so you will need a little extra space for that.

Answer:	Just use firm pressure and pull. I was confused at first too, but it really is that simple.

Answer:	The legs fold down and indeed do lock. Check it again. I thought mine was broken too until I figured that out. Open the tripod legs so that the LumeCube painted label is facing to the inside, turn the ring at the top clockwise until it tightens (its easy to literally “spin it”, at first). That ring locks the legs in place. Next screw on the extendable pole followed by the light. Voila.
