Answer:	I've washed these a couple times already and the gold trim did not flake off.

Answer:	I hand wash all my teacups and pots most of the time to keep them safe, but there's nothing wrong with putting them in the TOP SHELF of your dishwasher where it gets the least amount of heat. You can also find more gentle soap if you're nervous. I've had these for about.....a year? Not a single bit of wear and tear on them that I've seen yet, so they're pretty sturdy.

Answer:	Though I have only had my bowls about a month, I actually use them daily for my morning oatmeal. I rotate them. Generally, quality china does not chip easily, not the way most earthware does. Since I live alone, I also hand wash them, so I cannot respond on how them hold up to a dishwasher. Answer:	Thanks for your question! Melt velocity will depend on the initial temperature of your drink and also the volume of it. We recommend using 4 or 5 Ice Cubes for a regular size drink (9oz. - 12oz.) at room temperature, but you can always use more Ice Cubes if you prefer. Answer:	As long as an ice cube would in your preferred cup. Example: if you’re using a red solo cup, not very long, but if you put them in a Yeti tumbler. It also depends on the temperature of your beverage. I like them because they don’t water down my drink. Hope this helped.

Answer:	It says they are, but I just rinse them off and throw them back in the freezer.

Answer:	I use my ice cubes exclusively in drinks around the home. I have a large insulated thermos for water. It works great to add some cooling there. also works great for mixed drinks and sodas. Using them in a lunch box may be problematic. If the lunch box is for a mature person, then it would be fine, but if you were to place them in a student lunch box, they are pretty likely to be lost over time.

Once the ""Cooler Shock ice pack" has been frozen for 24 hours you can place it in the ice chest with your drink .Depending on how cold you want your drink to be you can leave it in the chest for an hour or up to about 40 hours to freeze. I put bottle of water (room temp) in an insulated bag with 2 "Cooler Shock ice packs" and about 3 1/2 hours later there was ice in the water bottle. Hope this answers your question.
