Question:	Is the video recording time limit 10 minutes, or 29 minutes, in 4k 60fps? I keep seeing different answers online
Answer:	That’s usually happens when connecting a telescope to a camera. Electronic cameras don’t sense that they’re connected to a compatible lens. It’s not a problem if you operate your camera in manual. You will do the focusing of the scope by hand. Autofocus will not work.

Answer:	You wist them up if you are using the binocular without eye glasses, to increase the distance between the oculars and your eyes. Leave them in if you are using glasses. The distance between your eyes and the oculars has to be right.

Question:	What's the dynamic range like
Answer:	The dynamic range is very good and typical for a MFT camera. It won't match a full frame sensor but can be expanded taking multiple images at various settings and combining. Most images look great when a suitable exposure is selected. DXO does some testing but I'm not sure the G85 has been tested for the dynamic range. It does vary according to the ISO and settings selected.

Answer:	Vignetting can naturally occur in all lenses, or can be caused or intensified due to use of external tools such as filters, filter holders and lens hoods. You did not say if you used the flash, this can sometimes throw a shadow caused by the lens hood. Also if you're trying to take pictures at the "short" end 14mm you might remove the hood to see if that helps.

Answer:	I purchased November 2019 and the software was not included At that time. FYI, B&H Photo Video have a bundle for the GX9 that includes Skylum Luminar 4. Answer:	The reason I sent the camera back — the exposure adjustment dial on the top of the camera was so stiff and difficult to turn that it required using both thumbnails to move it; my thumbs were still sore the next morning. I tried reassigning the function to the back dial, but that too was so stiff that it required the use of a thumbnail (with more force than should be necessary) to click the function on. I originally purchased the camera for the post-focus and in-camera focus stacking function, but didn't try it out because the camera was essentially unusable. Too bad, other than that it seemed like a promising camera.

Question:	I installed this on my lumix dmc-gx85. how do i get a wide angle shot with this lens? i’ve adjusted the zoom ring but still not wide
Answer:	Mostly not a good idea. It performs ideally on an L mount camera. I have an adapter for L to MFT but you have to manually focus. On the right body this lens is spectacular.

Answer:	The lens will fit the G85
Question:	Does it. Come with pedal lens shade
Answer:	The Leica M10p is an M Mount Camera where as the S-X50 lens is an L mount lens. We would recommend that you check with Leica to see if they make adapters to allow compatibility.

Question:	at which focal length does the F.stop starts to increase
Answer:	I don't know what the kit lens is. I use an Olympus 12-40 f2.8 and it's fine, even hand held to about 1/40s. Those with a steadier hand could probably do better than me
Question:	Is there an adapter that would allow this lens to work on the Lumix S1 full frame
Answer:	If you buy a canon to m4/3 adaptor you can use your lenses. However, there are some caveats to know about this. 1) If they are autofocus lenses, the autofocus will not work. So it will be pure old school manual focus. 2) If there is no manual aperture change ring on your lens you can buy an adaptor that will mechanically change the aperture. However, other than full open of full closed, you will be guessing at the f stop. 3) m4/3 has a 2x crop over 35mm. So if your lenses are for a 35mm sensor (i.e. 35mm film or digital sensor), the effective focal length will be x2. That means if you have a 50mm f/1.8 it will act like a 100mm f/1.8 as far field of view goes. As far as DOF it will still act like a 50 f1.8 but you will be standing 2x as far away so you will have a ~2 stop wider DOF. 4) The camera does not come setup to shoot other lenses. You have to go into the menus and switch on shoot w/o lens. Since there will be no electrical connections your camera will not think there is a lens attached and won't shoot otherwise. 5) Since there are no electrical connections, you will not get any lens information embedded into your meta data.I think that about covers it.
Question:	Can I use this lens on Olympus mirrorless
Answer:	GH3 has zero advantages. GH4 not only has 4k video (8mp frame grabs), it has many other features lacking in the GH3. GH4 has 12fps burst shooting, *much* larger buffer, high-speed shooting option, etc. See dpreview side-by-side comparison.

Answer:	Yes, we will release a mini auxiliary camera which connect to the body camera using USB port.
Question:	My gh5s came and my new cards that i bought (256gb sandisk) with the camera get stuck in the card slots. my old cards fit. anyone know why
Answer:	Sorry. The current version of the firmware does only support police id(PID) which only consist of numbers. We are working on updating the firmware to enable it to input letters.
Question:	Regarding true cine4k, is it true the gh5s can do at 60fps while the gh5 only does it at a lower 48fps because of bitrate limit
Answer:	The bottom is used for connecting to external device such as external camera. Not for charging. We are releasing an external camera and will be available soon.
Question:	What does the gh5 have over the gh5s and vice versa besides lowlight on the gh5s
Answer:	For the purpose of Law Enforcement, the Police ID can only be changed by connecting to windows. Step 1: Download the Device Configuration executable file from the link below.
