No, the supplier doesn't offer personalization. However, you can order personalized vinyl decals from craft sellers on sites like Etsy (search term: "vinyl decals") and apply them yourself to the cups, which is what we did for Christmas. Answer:	The tumblers are almost 6" tall and the straws extend 3" above the lid; so 9" long. The straws have a 'stop' on them to keep them from flipping out. I'm very happy with mine. The double wall eliminates condensation and makes for an easy grip. Hope this helps.
