Answer:	The Duracell "battery" that you have is actually a removable case that holds three black plastic lead batteries, 12 volts each. (Those batteries look just like the new ones offered for sale in the Amazon photo.) In the original Duracell case there is wiring in the case that connects the three batteries (in series, to create 36 volts) to the case. So to do this project, you open up the case, take out the three old batteries, noting the wiring scheme first, and then put in the three new batteries. You wire the new batteries in series and then you connect the first and last of the three batteries to the two terminals (one red and one black) that are in the case. No soldering is needed, because the batteries and the case accomplish all the wiring connections by using male and female clips marked + or -. Next you screw the case back together. You are now set to put the "Duracell battery" back into the mower.

Answer:	Don't know exact dimensions except that group 27 battery fits well and top gives an extra 1.5 inches for cables and battery clamp.

To get 36v from 3 - 12v batteries, connect them in series...positive of 1st battery to negative of 2nd battery, positive of second battery to negative of third battery. I had a neuton, and tired of buying batteries. Spend the extra $$$ and go lithium ion.

Answer:	I don’t see why it wouldn’t. Check the numbers of your current batteries. I have a Rebel XTi that’s several years old and they work perfectly. I use the battery extension on the bottom that allows you to use two batteries at once. A great addition as it gives greater hand hold plus the double battery life. Hope this helps
