Answer:	I didn't need any special drivers when I bought it. With a properly formatted micro SD card in the pen, when you plug it into your PC, it should just show up as another drive with a folder for photos and one for videos, much like a thumb drive. I use VLC media player to see the videos.

Please charge the battery before you use the camera for the first time:

1. Connecting to USB DV 5V charger, or to the computer via USB.

2. The indicator lights would be when charging, and turn to red and blue when charging is completed ( take about 2 hours for full charging )

Answer:	I get about 9 days on a 128gb micro sd card from Samsung at highest video settings. So I'm guessing you can probably get about 2 days give or take on a 32gb card.

Answer:	Don't buy it. Company is not honest. Charged me for a $99 yearly subscription that I cancelled 3 months earlier. Also I purchased 4 of these units and all 4 have audio issues with crackling and audio feedback. Had them on different networks, so I know it wasn't the WIFI. I ended up trying out the Amazon Cloud Cameras and no issue. Plus the subscription service costs less.

Answer:	They say camera is not waterproof, but i have 2 cameras outside under my eave, located in Florida on the ocean. I expected cameras to last 6 months, but one camera is going on 3 years, the other 2 years. What surprises me the most, is the camera electronics have not been corroded by the salt spray. My Acurite weather stations only last a year at the most. These cameras are well built. I now have 5 of them. They work better than my professional $400 cameras which have totally disintegrated because of the salt spray.

Answer:	I have a 32 GB, it was recording continuos for about 2 years. I had an issue at home and wanted to check the video, I couldn't retrieve any video, the card was full and apparently the camera stopped recording... I formatted the card and started recording again. Answer:	First make sure the battery is fully charged.Next insert the micro SD card. This part is a bit tricky. First it slides in easy. If you turn it on then it blinks a few times then turns off, this means the SD card is not fully inserted. Push the SD card in harder until it goes in some more. It is really tight especially for the first time. It almost feels like you're gonna break the SD card. But once it's in, it will turn on and stay on.

Easy to Use

1. Press the button on the top for a few seconds until the led lights up. It will flash purple a few times, then turn off. This means it has started recording, when the light turns off. The LED is off during recording so people don't know that it's on.

2. If you press the button once quickly again, the recording stops and the red LED will turn on and this indicates the pen is in standby mode.

3. To turn off, press the button for a few seconds until the led flashes purple a few times, then turns off.

4. To switch photo mode by going into standby mode and double clicking the button. This changes the RED LED to blue, which means photo mode. Press the button once to take a photo (you know you are successful when the purple light blinks a few times).

Video Take: Press the top function button until the blue indicator turns on ,When the light turns green,the pen will start video. Press the function button 1 more time,The indicator will turn blue and the pen will be in stand-by mode.Press again,video will start video.

Take photos When the pen is in standby mode(blue indicator light on),Press the function button quickly 2 times(will alternate between blue and green lights),Pen is then in Photo mode Press the button one more time to then take a photo Press the button quickly 2 more times after that,and it will return to standby mode(the blue indicator should be on)

Motion detection: When the pen is in standby mode(blue indicator light),Press the function button quickly 4 times (the green light should flash).Pen is now in motion detection mode. Press the button quickly 4 more times to return back to standby mode(the blue indicator should be on)
