About the input--125V/10A located on the product and specification, it is the standard design for the US. In addition, according to the new changes in FCC(Federal Communications Commission) certification requirements, we are not allowed to print "90V - 264V" on the product itself. That's why it's different from the previous power strips. However, the function works the same.” So... yes it can be used overseas as long as you have the appropriate plug adapter for the plug end of the PowerPort cube. Answer:	The one I bought last year (a green elf longsleeved onesie), did come with a hat. However, that particular set doesn't seem to be available, currently, so I can't say for sure if the one you order will come with a hat or not. The hat and onesie in our set came mismatched in terms of sizing. We bought it for our (large) 6-month-old. The onesie was much too big (it still fits her now, a year later), but we made it work. The hat, however, fit her perfectly last year, but is much too small this year.
