Answer:	The largest bag is 10"W x 8"L and may stretch slightly beyond that. Not sure what the iPad mini dimensions are but if they are within 10"x8" it'll fit.
Question:	Do things fall out of pouches easily? That is when I open the bag will everything be unorganized
Answer:	The top part has elastic straps to hold the cords in. They do not fall out. The other mesh pockets have zippers so nothing falls out. Then the larger part in the bottom has dividers BUT nothing holds them in. If you opened that section with the bag on its side, they might fall out. Otherwise - it holds everything I have in it quite well. AND I open it when it is flat.
