Example is if it is 1:30 in the pm you have to ste your time on the watch going past 1:30 am then go to 1:30 pm then set your date. That way the watch knows the date will change at 12:00 midnight and not 12:00 noon. Hope that helped

Answer:	Not sure what you mean but the band is one size. The band measures 22 mm wide. The face of the watch is 45mm wide. I have 3 MVMT watches and love them.
