Answer:	The seller should have that info. The frets stick out and cut your fingers so they must be filed smooth to the edge prior to playing.
Question:	Does it require an amp or can it be tuned and played acoustically
Answer:	I bought this for a child and I don't remember if the strings were steel, steel wrapped nylon or just plain nylon. I doubt they will break if they are nylon. You could tune it in increments. Tune it up two steps, let it sit a day or two and do it again. Tune it in a warm environment. You could also tune down a fourth instead of up a fifth if you are that worried.
Question:	Tuner is not working. Battery light is lit. Does this indicate i need a new battery

Answer:	Try varying the depth of water covering the mister (the black part). If it doesn't mist then, it's defective, send it back.
Question:	My son is almost 9 years old. Should I buy junior or adult version
Answer:	It has a safety feature that shuts off when it's out of water. You don't want to operate it outside of water. It uses water to make the mist. Not only will it not work because it is out of water, but I can't make mist because there is no water. If you put it in water, though, it works really well and makes a lot of mist.
Question:	Can i just get the arm with the ball ? I got a used one from a friend but the arm/ball isn't responding well and the stem is a little bent
Answer:	I had mine on a timer for about six hours a day, every day, for about a month, with no problem. I don’t see why you couldn’t leave it on longer, you’d just need to refill the water.

Answer:	I have only used this for small areas to be cleaned. I have never tried to do an entire kitchen floor. I would suppose someone could, but that would put you on hands and knees, doing the entire kitchen floor with a cloth and a bucket. I used to do this for my mom 60 years ago, didn't like it then, would like it even less now. Seems a little backward, but go for it if your knees are in good shape.
